Cathy is the Abbyss of the house. She has also serves on the New Orleans Gay Pride board of directors. Cathy brings the knowledge of many years of serving the community in different organizations she has been a part of.

Mary Pat McCooter

Role: Founder
Mary Pat is known as the glamor sister of New Orleans..or at least the best one at photo shop. Mary Pat gets her grace from the years of teaching ballroom dance and competition ballroom dancing. Her strongest feature is being able to make those around her feel comfortable to be themselves.

Role: Auntie
Di is a fully proffessed sister from the Abby of the Windy City Sisters that now lives in New Orleans. She has become a great source of inpiration to all those that she talks to in the house and in the community. Each of the members of the house look up to her as a "Auntie Di" and as a friend.

Twisted has said that at many points in her life that she has had a chance to meet different sisters and they have lead her to her calling to become part of the Big Easy Sisters. With the excitment and ideas that she has in her mind she will be a wonderful asset to the house.

Gloree Bea is our Mistress of Novices. She believes that everyone is able to give back to others in some form or fashion but those that give their time and heart are the ones that stand to gain the most from the work they do.
Moana Moans-A-Lott

Moana is a local entertainer at many different clubs in the New Orleans area. Moana has been active in the different cities she has lived in to help raise money for many charities. She also served as Abbyss from 2012 till 2013.
Chasin Azz

Role: Novice/Secretary
Chasin has been a friend of the sisters for over a year. After a few months of hanging around with us and doing what a guard would do we finally talked him into joining the house. He brings a good vibe where ever he goes. His greatest task he says is keeping the sisters moving while trying to walk down Bourban St.
Sandy Emma Gina

Role: Postulant
Sandy has been a volunteer HIV tester, counselor and educator before moving to New Olreans. She heard about the work that the Sisters from all over have done and knew she wanted to be a part of a group that did the work that she had felt so strongly about doing.
Eileen Eulick

Role: Founder/Coin
Eileen is the Mistress of Coins. She knows how to make sure everyone around her is having a great time. Eileen knows no stranger and can often be found talking to the person standing alone to bring them into the larger group.
Ten Buck U

Role: Founder
Ten is the Master of Guards. He keeps the sisters in line and makes sure they are well taken care of when they are out. He also provides a strong presence when out by making sure that no one is trying to cause harm to any of the sisters while in his care.
Yoko Onoshe-Dinnit

Role: Postulant
After serving 20 years in the United States Coast Guard, Yoko retired in New Orleans. She is an avid music collector and enjoys going to concerts and the theater. As a sister, she is looking forward to helping with various charities in the community.

Woody was found on the side walk as we started decorating the truck for the pride parade 2014. He became our mascot and we granted him special dispensation to join the house.
